Initial Problems

• The company started as a trading platform but shifted its product focus and stopped updating its X/Twitter profile.
The client’s community on X/Twitter was dormant, with no engagement.
The company initially aimed to become a leader in Liquid Staking Finance (LST), but its initial vision evolved significantly over time.

Strategy and Approach

Community Revitalization: MOIC was hired to revitalize the X community, focusing on engagement and impressions.
Daily Content and Engagement: Daily, polished content was implemented to keep the community active and engaged.
Communication and Direction: MOIC worked closely with the CMO, maintaining brand identity and streamlining the SMM process.
Product Promotion: Promotion of the client’s new product and its points program, focusing on growing the number of followers and Bracket’s Mindshare, as well as TVL, during the first 3~4 months.
Retention and Refinement: After the growing phase, MOIC and Bracket started fully focusing on retention and refinement of the audience reached, converting the interested people, potential users, and deployers of the audience created till now.
