Context
Haust had already achieved initial visibility when launching new features, driven by incentivized campaigns, KOL amplification, and short-term growth tactics.
However, as a highly technical L2 solution built around account abstraction and AI-powered features, the main challenge was retention, many users engaged briefly but struggled to fully understand or stay engaged with the product.
To address this, we refined Haust’s content strategy by increasing posting frequency, improving engagement mechanics, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible communication that could drive long-term user interest.
