This site collects as little as it can: only what you type into a form, to answer you. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies.

Who we are
This website (moicdigital.com) is run by MOIC Digital ("MOIC", "we"). For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to hello@moicdigital.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Contact form: your name, work email, Telegram handle, company, industry, the services you are interested in and your message.
- Free diagnosis: the challenge you pick, your name, work email, Telegram handle, company, industry, website, how soon you need help and an optional message.
- Report download: your name, work email, company and Telegram handle, and which report you downloaded.
Like any website, our hosting provider also processes technical data needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking tools.
Why we use it
We use form data only to reply to your request: to answer your message, prepare the diagnosis you asked for, and follow up on that conversation. We do not sell your data or use it to advertise to you.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and receives the forms on our behalf. Each form submission goes from there into our CRM (Kommo), where our team receives and answers it. These providers may process data outside your country, under their own security and data protection commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as we need it to handle your request and any business relationship that follows from it, and then delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the LGPD in Brazil), you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@moicdigital.com and we will answer.
Links to other sites
Share buttons and links to LinkedIn, X, Telegram, YouTube and our clients' websites take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply. Nothing from them loads on this site until you click. After you send the contact form, we take you to Calendly to book a call: that page is Calendly’s, and its own privacy policy applies there.
